Terms & Conditions


By entering the call for Reverting to Type 2020: Protest Posters the artist:
– verifies that all submitted artwork is original and uninhibited by copyright;
– accepts the conditions of entry and exhibition;
– confirms that the artworks submitted are available and will be delivered by the deadline to New North Press (45 Coronet St, London N1 6HD, UK), should they be selected.

By submitting an application and participating in the exhibition the artist waives all rights of photographs taken for publicity purposes.
The artist also grants permission for the photographs of artworks supplied to be used to promote the exhibition, during and afterwards, and to be used in a printed catalogue to accompany the show.

Shipping & insurance

New North Press will not be liable for damage caused during shipping for any reason. Artists are encouraged to insure their work.

New North Press will not be responsible for import taxes for overseas submissions. If these fees have not been covered by the artist when sending, New North Press reserve the right to invoice the artist, or deduct the resulting amount from sales to recoup the sum.

Artists are responsible for damage caused to submitted work by failure of the work itself, disintegration/degradation due to the nature/quality of materials or craftsmanship or incidental damage to work whose artist-directed presentation methods put them at risk.

Sales & return of unsold works

Artists will be notified of sales after the exhibition has ended. Proceeds from sales will be split, with the artist receiving a 50% share of the stated retail price. Payment for sales will be made after receipt of invoice.

Unsold artworks will be returned to the artist at the address provided once the show has ended.
